The Getting Things Done (GTD) philosophy has inspired the creation of many tools using different approaches to achieve the aims of GTD. From Online web-services such as "Remember the Milk" to Desktop Apps such as Things or Omnifocus there is a solution for every platform and budget.
“Things To Do” is the name of my online GTD system that was developed for my final year project at University. Things To Do combines the GTD philosophy with a streamlined and efficient PHP based system to provide a user friendly and highly scalable service. Features include: GTD silos, Projects, Tags, Due dates, Search, Electronic-logbook, Themes and more.
During the last few weeks of the project a revised user interface was developed (screenshots 2 & 3), this new UI offers a much more flexible layout and could be used instead of the original UI (screenshot 1).
Things to do has been replaced by “Harmony GTD”; a completely new GTD web-app that improves greatly on the original app:
